I teach trauma informed spiritual care.

What is trauma informed spiritual care? I help those who have dealt with life difficulties create systems to help support them and reconnect with their inner magic. Meditation is a part of that, because it helps us to explore our inner landscapes. This can be a scary proposition if we’ve dealt with trauma or are currently dealing with a chronic illness. I’m right here beside you with my own life experiences giving me empathy and understanding. And my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner magic.

This course is just the beginning. Designed not to overwhelm, it provides bite-sized introductions to various types of meditation and ways in which you can use it to connect. And no, you don’t have to sit in silence for an hour a day. In fact, I prefer to keep my meditation studies to five minutes or less at a time. Because let’s be honest. We’re all busy and have things to do.
