Private Yoga Sessions (Single Session)

Looking for private yoga sessions and instructions? Sign up for a single session or purchase multiple sessions at a discounted rate. (See below for links to bundles and monthly retainers.) All sessions are private, 45-55 minute long sessions, over Zoom, where we develop your yoga practice.
Ready to book a private yoga session? Each session will last 45-55 minutes where we will work on a specific aspect of your yoga practice or a sequence to accomplish your goals. Once you book the session, I'll reach out to you to discuss what you want to work on and how best I can be of assistance. You're also welcome to contact me before booking.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 day prior with a refund. Refunds otherwise are at my discretion, but under no circumstances will I refund a no show.
Meetings happen through Zoom (virtually) with the session recorded if you wish and a recording can be provided. Recordings cannot be released other than for your personal use.
Missed Session Policy
Sessions cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice may be rescheduled once. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour's notice may be rescheduled once at the discretion of Chicken Yogi. Refunds are offered for sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled time; however, habitual refunders will lose those privileges. Rescheduling preferred!
NO SHOWS are forfeited fees at the discretion of Chicken Yogi.
Habitual reschedules may lose their right to reschedule sessions at the discretion of Chicken Yogi.
Scheduling Policy
Sessions are scheduled at least 72 hours in advance except with the express, written permission of Chicken Yogi. Emergency or Rush sessions will incur an additional fee.
Package Purchase Policy
Chicken Yogi offers packages of sessions for the convenience and savings of the client. These sessions expire 1 year from purchase and must be used in this time. (For example, purchases made July 1, 2021 will expire July 1, 2022.) The missed session policy applies to any session once a package coupon is applied.
Refund Policy
We do not give cash refunds.

About Me
I am a nonbinary (pronouns: they/them), fat, queer, neurodivergent farmer yogi with fibromyalgia who loves supporting chronically ill, neurodivergent, and LBGTQIA+ individuals in a trauma-informed, safe manner so they can find their energetic harmony, feel loved, and learn how to crow & flow!
To do this, I use my skills as a yoga teacher, meditation instructor, reiki healer, and harmonic energy worker. We’ll also receive support from my sacred herd of rescue horses and flock of chickens (the inspiration for the Chicken Yogi way). Together, we’ll weave magic, harmony, and fun to lead you on a path so you can discover the bliss which comes from being able to crow your truth and flow with the universe!
