Description
Reiki is a technique for stress-reduction and relaxation based on the principle that the practitioner channels energy into the patient to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki can be a hands-on or a hands-off method, including very effective over distance. You can choose the duration of your reiki session. At the time scheduled, you (the receiver) will be in a quiet, calm place ready to receive the energy. As this is a live session, you will be connected through Zoom with me. I will be sending from my office directly to you. Sending reiki in this manner allows you to be the most comfortable and relaxed during the treatment.
After the session, you’re invited to complete a brief survey for feedback if you wish.
I am a trans, fat, disabled, late diagnosed AuDHDer (that’s Autism & ADHD), farmer yogi and spiritual mentor who knows how hard it is to liberate and love your authentic self. I also know quite a bit about religious trauma. I’m a graduate student in Religious Studies because I am fascinated by and love all things spiritual, and it’s my goal to help you reconnect with your spiritual soul too. Want to learn more?
